Aromas of blackberry and plum, some softer red berries and mild baking spice qualities of wood, a touch of wood smoke, a hint of violet then brown earth qualities. On the palate - dry with a fine chalky texture contrasting core of fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet, a s touch of slaine and brown earth flavours, clove and some wood spice. Overall a balanced and well made wine with immediate drinkability and a nice chouce as a food wine. Best from 2022 through 2026.
