Youthful with a fine complexity. Flavours of dark plums and blackberry touch the palate first ten contrasting tannins, acidity and toasty wood flavours of clove and nut. Youthful, salivating, fruity and well made, a wine that will benefit from some cellar time. If you can’t wait then enjoy with high protein foods like red meat and pastas with a cream sauce, or simply wait till late 2023 and enjouy from then through 2029.
