There’s no mistaking the aromas of a fresh, lifted and slightly spicy bouquet of Gris - aromas of quince and green pear, baked and fresh apple, a touch of white pepper and leesy mineral core. Nice and silky texture as the wine touches the palate followed by warming alcohol then flavours of white fleshed fruit, a touch of citrus peel, spice and lees. The acid line adds a youthful freshness and contrast leading to a length luscious finish. Well-made, balanced and ready to drink from 2022 through 2026.
