Very enticing core of fruit and baking spice, red flowers, red skinned fruits and stony mineral complexity. Moments of violet and vanilla, granite soils, some raisin and date scents weave through the bouquet. Quite lovely on the palate with flavours of plums and red berries, date and baking spice then earthy granitic qualities. Tannins and acidity add texture and foundation with a noticeable yet balanced mouthfeel overall. A ready to drink style and great accompaniment with most weight protein rich dishes. Best drinking from 2022 through 2026.
