Stonecroft Undressed Rosé 2021, Gimblett Gravels, Hawkes Bay

You’ll notice a natural raspberry cherry hued appearance, very bright with an ever so slightly unfiltered frame. Aromas and flavours include pluma dn cherry, raspberry tea and clay dried herb in combination. On the finish the winer is dry with a raspberry cherry residue then fine tannins and acidity weave through and emphasise a red tea quality. Plenty of acidity and length, a refreshing, balanced and well made wine. Best drinking from 2022 through 2025. Refreshing, modern and an easy by the glass option.
