Aromas of green pear and yellow apple, quince and crushed rock mineral qualities. There’s a fine lees layer adding shape and form to an already fragrant bouquet. Equally appealing on the palate with a just dry silky mouthfeel. The sweetness alongside a refreshing acid line and fruit flavours of citrus, white fleshed stone fruits and pear make for a very appealing example. Balanced and well made, youthful and plush. best drinking from 2022 through 2026+.
