Plush, ripe, fruity and complex, a bouquet with with scents of ripw yellow fleshed stone fruits and preserved lemon, some custard and brazil nut butter qualities, there’s a fine lees and sense of place both adding complexity and charm. Plush, ripe, fruity and delicious. Dry on the palate with flavours that reflect the bouquet. Medium acidity and gently warm, plenty of weight and satin mouthfeel. Best drinking from 2023 through 2027+.
