Saorsa Syrah Rosé 2021, Hawke's Bay

A deep salmon and aprioct hued appearance, very bright with aromas to match. Scents of raspberry and red cherry, a strawberry and rose bush quality then a fine lees and clay-earth quality. A dry mineral driven style on the palate with textures from tannins and acidity with a fine savoury quality touching first. Fruit flavours mirror the bouquet with a floral apricot note on the finish. Satin textured, balanced and well made. Best drinking from 2022 through end of summer 2024.
