Kahurangi Estate Mt Arthur Reserve Pinot Noir 2021, Nelson

A very enticing bouquet with aromas of dark cherry and toasty barrel, some black currant and vanilla, clove and dark rose highlights. Youthful and complex. Lovely intensity and core of fruit, dryness on the palate and core flavours of dark cherry and plum then violets and wood spices with a touch of bacon-oak, toasty barrel and wood sweetness. Firm tannins, medium+ acidity and lengthy complex finish. A wine that is both enjoyable today and will cellar well till 2024 through 2030.
