Lovely bouquet, lifted, fresh, fruity, varietal and a little bit flirtatious. Flavours of peaches, apple and sweet citrus with a saline mineral quality. A satin smooth texture touches the palate then contrasting acidity, salinity and a core fruit flavours. The acidity provides backbone while the core fruit start with peach then transition to ripe citrus. Balanced, well made, lengthy and ready to drink from summer 2023 through 2026.
