Novum Organic Rosé 2022, Marlborough

Distnctive, fruity, very floral and very pretty bouquet with scents fo roses and blossoms, a crumbled stone mineral qality and light red fruits of strawberry and red cherry. The palate repeats these ideas as flavours with a chalky texture and saline acid line. Youthful, fruity, textured and delicious. Great dirnking from 2022 through end of summer 2024.
