Young fresh and vibrant boquuet with an oyster shell and white fleshed fruits bouquet. Aromas of salty air and peach, apple and citrus lead to delicate scents of lees and a whisper of toastyness. A lightweight satin cream touches the palate first then acid with contrasting white fleshed fruit flavours layer in. Quite plush, fresh immediately drinkable and ready for Summer 2023.
