Hunter's Home Block Sauvignon Blanc 2021, Marlborough

A plush, fleshy and fruity bouquet with scents of white fleshed tree fruits then tropical fruits with a fresh sweet basil overlay. There’s a mineral wet stone note adding lift and breadth. On the palate - dry and crisp with contrasting core fruit flavours of pear and lemon, apple and passionfruit. There’s aslo a green mango, bell-pepper and fresh herb layer. A delicious wine, youthful still, salivating and lengthy on the finish. Great drinking from mid 2022 through 2025+.
