Fromm Winery Marc de Pinot Noir NV
Aged for more than 20 years in Burgundy Pieces, this is a blend of Pinots Noir from 1994 through 1997. Aromas of apricot and clay, roasted stone fruits and fresh cigar tobacco. On the palate a powerful and distinctive spirit with flavours of yellow stone fruit preserve, cashew nut and tea. There’s no mistaking the warmth and power from the alcohol, but this leads to a vibrant and mysterious complex package of flavours and silky textured pleasure. Will last for decades - so an easy investment and excellent with a cheese board, on its own and even a fine cigar.
