Off-dry on the palate with low alcohol and a core of fresh limes and apples, ripe white fleshed fruits of pear and apple with moments of wet stone minerality. A delicious, lively and salivating wine on the palate with an abundance of acidity contrasted by a natural sweetness and ripe fruit flavours. Delicous now and through 2030+.
