Delicate light pink hued with a highly polished appearance. Made with Pinot Noir 73% and 27% Syrah - the aromas and flavours are of Spring - with sweet flowers and light red fruits of cranberry and strawberry then rose blossoms and red cherry. Crisp, refreshing and dry on the palate with a core of fruit flavours that mirror the nose, a super fine fruit tannin texture accentuated with acidity. A lovely wine ready for you and summer 2022.
