A captivating bouquet with a touch of mystery and intrigue. Aromas of violets then black cherry, ligurian olive and dark chocolate, baking spices and toasty barrel then a touch of sweet tobacco and dried herb. On the palate - fantastic with a concentration of flavours that meld the aromas together. Firm tannins and noticeable acid line, velvet and chalky mouthfeel with long finish. A delicious wine. Best drinking from late mid 2022 through 2030.
