Escarpment Chardonnay 2020, Martinborough

There’s always an immediate complexity, finesse and elegance about the wines from Escarpment, this Chardonnay exemplifies that with layers of ripe citrus and wood spice, stone fruits and minerality, personality and charm. Very silky and pure on the palate with flavours of tree and stone fruits, wood spices, lees and citrus. Delicious, fresh and lengthy. Best drinking from mid 2022 through 2028.
