A bouquet filled with aromas of spices and old barrel, plums and dark berries, forest berries, moments of olive then grape skin. The flavours of dark berries and spices continue on the palate with a crisp acid line, firm-ish tannins and a touch of wood smoke on the finish. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from 2022 through 2026+. Best enjoyed with food, decant for service.
