Fragrant, lifted bouquet of apple and white fleshed fruits, a lees and mineral layer with a white blossom and white peach fragrance. On the palate - off-dry with a whisper of sweetness with contrasting acidity then flavours of pear and apple, citrus pith and a moment of dried herb. Youthful, tense and salivating on the palate with a light saline wash on the finish. Well made, youthful and ready from drinking from mid to late 2022 through 2030+.
