Greystone Erin's Chardonnay 2019, Waipara Valley, North Canterbury

Greystone Erin's Chardonnay.png

Complex, very modern, sophisticated, intriguing, mineral and fruit centric and with a spicy oak bouquet. Flavours of sweet citrus and peaches, apricot and tropical apple-fruits, vanilla, nut-like French butter and layers of stony, limestone mineral complexity. Equally delicious on the palate with flavours that mirror the nose, there’s a specific texture from fruit, oak and wild ferments. Lengthy finish as the complexity continues. Best drinking from purchase and through 2026.
