Pungent, vibrant, fresh, youthful and very fruity bouquet. Classic too with aromas of fresh green herbs of basil and sage then red apple, pineapple, green mango and white peach. On the palate - equally vibrant with flavours that mirror the nose plus jelapeno. High acidity adds spice and lift, freshness and length. Overall a lovely wine that is both classic, new, lively and lengthy. Best drinking upon purchase and through 2024+.
