Aromas of red plums and ginger spices, blackberry jam and velvet flowers. Dry, fresh, fruity, crisp and dry on the palate with flavours that reflect the nose. Low alcohol with medium acidity this is a ready to drink expression perfect as an aperitif or with starters that include earthy flavours. There’s texture with a dusty mouthfeel. Some sediment may remain in the glass or bottle so it’s okay to gently turn the bottle over one time a few minutes before chilling.
