Aromas of peach and chalk, fresh and drying herbs de Provence, sage and wild thyme. Some aromas of citrus then white flowers, there’s also aromas of bottle development with toasty layer and asparagus note. On the palate - reflects the bouquet with flavours of all the elements described. Lovely acid line bringing tension and crispness to the palate. Balanced and well made, ready to drink upon purchase and through 2022.
