Very attractive bouquet with aromas or pure, ripe white fleshed fruits, minerality and a quiet lees autolysis. Fleshy, fruity, crisp and dry on the palate with flavours of fresh pears and white fleshed stone fruits, white pepper and chalky, stony mineral complexity. Bright, refreshing, plush and lengthy. A lovely example, well made, balanced and ready to drink upon purchase and through 2023.
