Great colour with a familiar ale scented bouquet. Aromas of toasted brown sugar, a saline note and baked stone fruits, a seam of mild to moderate hoppiness is persistent and frames the beer nicely. Crisp, refreshing and just dry with flavours that mirror more of the fruit than the hops. Satin textured mousse with a light foaming frame, balanced, fresh and ready. 4.3% abv.
