A bouquet all about the fruit aromas, fragrant spices and earthy complexity. Made with equal portions of Syrah and Malbec there’s a refreshing mix of raspberry and dark spicy plums, pepper and bitter chocolate. Dry on the palate with a quiet layer of oak - used for complexity and structure before any echoes of vanilla and toastiness show. Balanced, well made and ready. Can be served slightly chilled (10-12° Celsius) and will offer some lovely drinking upon purchase and through 2024.
