Fruity, floral, mineral and varietal bouquet with aromas of apple blossoms, grapefruit, white peach and a delicate oyster shell mineral scent. There’s oak aromas as well with a light vanilla and lean toasty barrel layer. On the palate - dry with medium++ weight, a satin texture with contrasting acidity and flavours of peaches and chantilly cream, vanilla and baking spices. Balanced and well made, ready to enjoy upon purchase and through 2026.
