Varietal, youthful, fresh, fruity and herbaceous. Aromas and flavours of peach and gooseberry, citrus peel and sweet green apple. There are moments of tropical fruit then green olive and herbs then a stony, clay mineral layer and a touch of salty spice adding depth and complexity. Crisp, crunchy, refreshing and dry. A lovely example, thirst quenching and ready to drink upon purchase and through 2023.
