Carrick Organic Pot de Fleur Pinot Noir 2020, Bannockburn

A lovely varietal lift led by aromas of fresh and fermented flowers, strawberry and violets, preserved cherry and baking spices, some dried herb and core of minerality. Equally lovely on the palate with pinosity and freshness, mineral, wild flowers and red berry fruit flavours. An abundance of fine fruit tannins, distinctive acid line, a mineral rocky note and lengthy even finish. Well made and ready to drink from 2022 through 2028.
