On the palate - a wine all about texture and minerality then a core varietal flavour with citrus and herb, mineral and fruit spice. Young and fresh with an electric acid line, fine mineral-like lees complexity and lengthy persistent finish. Well mad and ready to drink from 2021 through 2026.
