Koerner Vivian 19 Red Wine Clare Valley 2019, South Australia

Distinctive aromas of violets and plums, blackberry and sour cherry, a touch of chocolate and baked bell-pepper. On the palate - almost full-bodied with a firm youthful texture from tannins and medium+ acidity. There’s a core of ripe red fruit flavours to reflect the bouquet, moments of violet and chocolate then the core of black berry fruit flavours layer back in again. Youthful tension and poise, well made with a lengthy finish. Best drinking from late 2022/2023 through 2030+.
