Made with a blend of Pinot Gris, Riesling and Chardonnay - presents a bouquet of pear and apple, some lime-flower and blossom then peach, a touch of butterscotch and baked custard. Balanced, even, youthful and enticing. Youthful, salivating, fresh and fruity on the palate, flavours reflect the bouquet showcasing more citrus and stone fruit flavours then apple and spice. Fine tannins and medium+ acidity, a balanced, well made wine that just works. Best drinking from 2021 through 2026+.
