Rabbit Ranch Bright Eyes White Pinot Noir 2021, Central Otago

Delicate hues of pale gold lead to aromas of ripe brown pear and white strawberry, fresh red apple flesh and spring flowers. Bright, fresh and youthful. On the palate - crisp, refreshing, salivating and just dry with flavours of citrus and white fleshed fruits, pear skin and some white spice moments. Balanced and well made, ready enjoy from the start of 2022 through end of summer 2023.
