Vibrant, pungent, fruity and classic with core aromas of citrus and tropical fruits layered between fresh green herbs, golden kiwifruit and cape gooseberry. Young fresh and distinctive. On the palate - just dry with a salty, mineral and salivating mouthfeel. Flavours of ripe gooseberry and citrus, peach and fresh herbs fruit spices. A ripe almost sweet acid line and core of fruit lead to a lengthy and generous finish. Over delivers for the $ and present excellent value. Well made and ready to drink from 2021 through 2025.
