Distinctive and enticing bouquet with aromas of cashew nut and baked yellow stone fruits, clove and vanilla cream custard, red apple and sweet new wood scents including a raw sugar sweetness. Full-bodied, a raw yoghurt fresh texture with contrasting acidity and bite of new wood. Flavours mirror the bouquet with nut and baking spices, custard, quince and apple. Fine wood tannins add to an already delicious nutty mouthfeel. Lengthy, balanced and delicious. Best drinking from late 2021 through 2029+.
