A bouquet showing bottle development and readiness with complexity and intrigue showcasing aromas of cherry - dried and old, cranberry - fresh, dried and old, there’s a synergy and completeness from aromas of dried herb and stony soil. On the palate - complete and ready with flavours that mirror the nose, dried herb and red fruit flavours, firm through fine tannins and medium+ ish acidity. Well made and still developing. Best enjoyed with food from today and through 2026.
