A captivating bouquet of complexity and detail, minerality and core of fruit led by raspberries and red cherries, baking spices, gun-flint and stony soil layers. There’s no mistaking the energy and pinosity presented. As the wine opens up on the palate these layers begin to expand in detail with red apple and dried raspberry chiming in. Firm, ripe tannins and plenty of acidity and flavours as well as textures of French oak adding detail and framework. A fine wine with best drinking from purchase and through 2030.
