The autolysis is central to the bouquet and allure leading to a palate packed with flavours of citrus and blossom, tree fruits and lees. The mousse is very fine yet with an urgent explosion as the wine touches the palate. Balanced, well made, urgent and precise. Delicious. Ready to drink from purchase and through 2027+.
