Complex, mineral, a core of ripe dark red berry fruit aromas, mineral and spice. Flavours of dark plum and black currant, spiced cherry compote, a savoury dried herb seam and layers of toasty barrel and wood with a whisper of smoke and bacon. Ripe, firmly textured tannins, a fine contrasting acid line, core of fruit and long detailed finish. A delicious wine ready to enjoy from 2022 through 2029+.
