A Shiraz, Grenache, Mouvedre and Negroamaro co-ferment showcases aromas and flavours of blackcurrant, blackberry and Doris plum followed by clove and smoky toasty wood. Quite peppery, but not overdone, quite juicy, fresh, fruity and warm, medium+ acid line and a lengthy, bright, fresh and firm textured finish. Moderate+ tannins, great balance and length. Best drinking from from 2021 through 2025+.
