Complex, fruity, varietal and enticing bouquet. Aromas and flavours of dark cherry and rose, toasty French oak complexity with kitchen spices of cinnamon and dusty clove. Still developing with firm-ish tannins backed by acidity accentuating the savoury mineral signature of the vineyard and region. A touch of gun-flint with a saline layer to the texture contrasts a core of fruit and leads to a lengthy dry finish. A lovely example with great drinking from 2021 through 2025+.
