Firm, fruity, warm and dry on the palate with flavours that mirror the bouquet, acidity and tannins accentuate a savoury wild dried herb layer. Balanced, well made and ready. I recommend this as a food wine or after dinner with hard cheeses. Best drinking from 2021 through 2026+.
