Aromas of vanilla cream and peaches, baked apple and sweet French oak. Classic, familiar, vibrant and youthful. Lots of weight and impact as the wine touches the palate, flavours of oak and barrel spices, toasty, youthful and textured. Flavours of white and yellow-fleshed stone fruits, citrus peel and baking spices. Contrasting acidity, a gunflint note and fine wood tannins complete the palate including a coarse silk texture. Well made and ready to drink from mid-2022 through 2026.
