Attractive and appealing bouquet with aromas of ripe Doris red plums and blackberry, olive and violets, dried herb and mild toasty wood spices. On the palate - tense, youthful and dry. Fruit flavours mirror the nose then layers of firm fruit tannins and plenty of acidity - keeping the palate awake and refreshed. The fruit remain at the core with less intensity. Still integrating and finding balance. Well made. Should be decanted for service and served with fresh proteins. Best drinking from 2023 through 2028+.
