Fleshy, fruity, ripe and enticing bouquet with aromas of fresh herbs and peach, red apple and lemon, a whisper of grapefruit and soft stony soil and lees spice with a white smoke twist. Quite delicious, fresh and fruity on the palate. Dry with a core of fruits from lemon and apple to moments of passionfruit, grapefruit then fresh herbs. A lovely mouthfeel with driven by the lees, acidity and stony silty soils. Well made, pure, fresh and vibrant. Best drinking from today and through 2022.
