Tiki Estate Chardonnay 2019, Waipara, North Canterbury

Aromas of fresh cream and vanilla slice, a whisper of butterscotch and toasty wood then yellow stone fruits of peach and nectarine. Youthful, fresh, vibrant and flavourful on the palate with fruit flavours that reflect the nose laced with baking spices and toasty oak. Some fine wood tannins, medium+ acidity, there are moments of minerality. Balanced though youthful too so okay to cellar through most of 2021 or enjoy from today through 2025.
