Ripe, fruity and varietal with aromas of blackberry then black currant, there’s a toasty wood spice suggesting clove and a touch of vanilla then a light-weight scent of wood char. On the palate - balanced, fruity and dry with medium tannins and medium+ acidity. The dark berry fruit flavours and oak moments return counterbalancing the tannins and acidity nicely. Balanced, even finish. A nice wine ready to enjoy from today and through 2023.
