A distinctive and different bouquet though not unfamiliar - aromas of lemon skin and grapefruit, angelica herb and yellow apple, pineapple and wet stones. Intriguing and complex. A satin texture as it strikes the palate gives way to flavours of citrus and apple, tropical and floral, mineral and herb. There’s an abundance of acidity and gentle warming alcohol, nice weight and balance with a lengthy finish. A lovely wine ready to enjoy from today and through 2022+.
