The immediacy of complexity, depth and pull that the bouquet suggest a more serious example of SB. Aromas of ripe citrus and salty air, fresh white peach and meyer lemon then whispers of sage and other fresh herb qualities. Minerality is revealed on the palate with flavours of white smoke and wet pebbles. At the core of this wine is the ripe tropical and fresh citrus flavours accentuated by high almost sweet acidity then a salty note returns. Young and needing more development time in bottle, but a lovely example of wine showcasing site and region, excellent wine-making and most importantly and enjoyable glass of wine. Best drinking from 2021 through 2024+.
